Accelerate Payments and Increase Total Recoveries
With Solutia Revenue Recovery, you get more money, faster.
Here’s how we do it: By focusing on doing a few things really well. Solutia Revenue Recovery serves just two markets, healthcare and government. And we concentrate all of our resources and experience on tackling the most difficult type of revenue recovery—self-pay consumer debt.
Since we opened our doors in 1963, we have developed strong expertise and a long record of success in maximizing consumer recoveries and minimizing payment delays for clients. We also reduce your cost per dollar collected.
With our services, you can:
- Collect overdue payments, fees, fines and costs
- Reduce outstanding consumer debt at all stages
- Shrink accounts receivable
- Improve cash flow
- Proactively manage your balance sheet
Our Approach
We have the tools, talent and tenacity to recover more money, at a lower cost, than our competitors.
Solutia Revenue Recovery invests in the state-of-the-art tools, including custom systems, to ensure we have the very best information on consumers. Our information advantage means we dramatically improve your recovery percentages.
- Proprietary online directory assistance program searches daily for new telephone numbers
- Debtor account scoring to understand a person's ability to pay
- Full credit reports aid in skip-tracing, collections, and litigation
- Proprietary "watch" software notifies us if a consumer gets a new phone number, new employment, or a new bank account
Our advanced collection system and dialer equipment allow us to contact more people per man hour. Once we find them, we then use technology to make it easy for debtors to pay. We offer an online payment option and accept credit cards, certified checks and cash.
Experience Pays
But technology can only get us so far. Our people give us, and our clients, the edge. Solutia Revenue Recovery has a management team with decades of experience in collections. In addition, our recovery specialists average more than 10 years of service with us. They leverage the tools as well as Solutia’s customized training and telephone scripts to put their years of knowhow and experience to work every day for our clients. Solutia Revenue Recovery’s front-line staff is savvy, respectful, persistent—and successful.
We also demonstrate the value of our experience in designing and implementing programs that meet our clients’ exact requirements. We follow our clients' direction on the intensity of our calling procedures and their philosophies regarding the aggressiveness of our tactics, up to and including litigation. Even after a program launches, we pride ourselves on being responsive and collaborative. To that end, Solutia Revenue Recovery created a proprietary customer logging system that accelerates delivery of client requests to key managers as well as to the recovery staff assigned to the client.
